Insurance Business Law

Article 5 Whatever engages in the commercial insurance business shall be an insurance company which is established in accordance with this Law.

第五条经营商业保险业务，必须是依照本法设立的保险公司。

Nothing in this Article shall prevent a Contracting State from applying its law relating to the taxation of any person who carries on the business of insurance.

本条规定不应影响缔约国一方按照其法律，对经营保险业的征税。

Article6 insurance companies shall be set up according to this law to engage in commercial insurance business.

第六条经营商业保险业务，必须是依照本法设立的保险公司。
